Our RMA Process

Here’s a sequential breakdown of our "Returned Merchandise Authorization" Portal Process (RMA Portal Process)

Please see below, a breakdown of our RMA Portal Process. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Hogue Surgical products.

CREATE AN RMA REQUEST

Create an RMA Request by logging in to our RMA Portal at http://hoguesurgical.returnsportal.net. If you do not have valid login credentials (Email Address & Password) at the “CUSTOMER LOGIN”, then you will need to “CREATE AN RMA PORTAL ACCOUNT WITH HOGUE SURGICAL RETURNS” by providing accurate, verifiable information including your Laser Surgery Practice Name, Website, First & Last Name, Email Address, Password, Shipping and Billing Address.

SUCCESSFUL LOGIN

Upon successful “SUBMIT” of required registration information, you will be logged in to the Hogue Surgical RMA Portal.

Once you are successfully logged in to Hogue Surgical’s RMA Portal, you may perform the following actions: “Check RMA Case Status”, “Submit a new RMA Request”, “Review your account profile”, and review “Product Return Policy”.

PRODUCT RETURN

Select type of PRODUCT RETURN for each returned merchandise item. Types of PRODUCT RETURNS allowed by Hogue Surgical Returns include:

  • Product Return Covered Under Warranty. Hogue Surgical guarantees to the original purchaser of its products a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship.
  • Product Return Not Covered Under Warranty. Hogue Surgical will allow the original purchaser of its products, at its sole discretion, to return purchased products for servicing and repair without a warranty claim.
  • Product Audition Product Return for a Refund.

For all EndlessFiber® product returns, you must provide a valid serial number for each EndlessFiber® device you wish to return to Hogue Surgical Returns.

COMPLETE THE RMA PROCESS

We will review your request within 3 business days. Do not send your product to us until you have been issued an RMA number. You will receive a notification email from us when your RMA Request is processed. You can also log in to our RMA Portal system anytime to check the status of your RMA request. Upon receiving an email from us with an issued RMA number, log in to Hogue Surgical’s RMA Portal system and print your RMA Form and Decontamination Certificate labeled with the RMA number.

 

You must print and complete a Decontamination Certificate for each issued RMA number, then affix an authorized signature. Include a copy of the RMA Form and a copy of the signed Decontamination Certificate within the shipping container in an easily accessible place.
